Notice is hereby given that the Town of Plattsburgh, County of Clinton, State of New York is issuing a RFP from qualified Commercial Flooring Vendors to provide professional installation of wall to wall commercial grade carpeting across approximately 7600 sq ft of floor space at Plattsburgh Town Hall located at 151 Banker Rd, Plattsburgh NY 12901.
The bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the ONE AND ONLY scheduled walk-through at Town Hall located at 151 Banker Rd, Plattsburgh NY 12901 on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 10:00am; bidders will have time to measure the space in order to submit the appropriate bid. Additional information and detailed specs are available on the Town of Plattsburgh website under Public Notices or you may call the Town of Plattsburgh Buildings & Grounds Superintendent, Steve Waldron at 518-312-8070 during the hours of 6am – 2pm Monday through Friday.
The sealed bids must be labeled and turned in to the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town of Plattsburgh, 151 Banker Road, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, May 22, 2023. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
