ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE SOUTH PLATTSBURGH FIRE DISTRICT
On December 13, 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the South Plattsburgh Fire District will take place on December 13, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Fire Station #1 located at 4105 Route 22, Plattsburgh, New York, for the purpose of electing two Fire Commissioners, one for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027 and the other for a four (4) year term, commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 1, 2026. All voters registered with the Clinton County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2022 shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the South Plattsburgh Fire District, Nina D. Coolidge, PO Box 991, Plattsburgh, New York 12901, no later than November 23, 2022. The candidate must indicate when filing their name which office they are seeking.
