The Town Planning Department provides plan review,
technical assistance and administrative support to the Town Planning
Board. The Town Planning Board has the authority in accordance
with the Town Subdivision Regulations to approve plans
for subdivision of land in the Town. The Planning Board
is also responsible for site plan approval, special use permit approval,
reports requested by the Town Board and can initiate with
the Town Board an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. The Planning
Board meets once a month on the second Tuesday.
