  • Negotiated a natural gas franchise to facilitate gas distribution in the Town of Plattsburgh.
  • Completed a re-focus of the Town Master Plan and zoning the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base with a $150,000 HUD Grant.
  • Secured a $400,000 HUD Grant for Wallace Hill #2 Sewer District and a $500,000, 30-year zero interest loan.
  • Secured a $400,000 HUD Grant for Wallace Hill Sewer District #3 and a $500,000, 30-year zero interest loan.
  • Secured a 5.3 million dollar, 20-year zero interest loan to construct the Cumberland Head Water District.
  • Secured a $25,000 Grant to improve Cliff Haven Beach and provide new docks.
  • Secured a $148,000 Grant to acquire lakefront on Route 9 south of the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base for a bike path and park.
  • Secured a $300,000 Grant through Clinton County for 7 generators at water and sewer pumping stations and the Town Hall.
  • Maintained Town Services with no General Fund or Highway Tax.
  • Returned up to $575,000 in sales tax revenue to Clinton County each year to reduce the County tax rate for the residents of the Town of Plattsburgh.
  • Consolidated Water and Sewer Districts reducing tax rates for homes and businesses.
  • Signed an agreement with PARC for 2003 to maintain roads and utilities at Plattsburgh Air Force Base with revenue of $190,000.
  • Signed agreements to allow installation of cellular antennae on Town water towers providing improved cell service and $60,000 per year in revenue.
  • Secured a $400,000 HUD Grant in 2003 to construct the Pleasant Ridge Water District serving 280 families.
